RIGHT OF RETURN
If the item is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong size, you may choose to return it.
Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
A condition for exercising the right of return is that qvisturi.com receives the item in the same condition and quantity as it was delivered. This means that the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the case of a size exchange, we cover the shipping costs.
- Send the parcel with a tracking number.
- Make sure to obtain a proof of shipment.
- Avoid damaging the original item and packaging.
Follow these steps to return your item:
Return the item in suitable packaging and ensure that the parcel is securely packed before shipping.
Write your order number and full name on a piece of paper and place it inside the package. Example of an order number: DK10203

Once we have received your return, you can expect a processing time of up to 7 days.
When qvisturi.com receives the returned item, we will refund the price of the item, but not any delivery costs.
The purchase amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account within a few days and no later than 30 days after qvisturi.com has received and approved the returned item.
