Returns

If the item is not as expected or you have ordered the wrong size, you can return it.

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

A condition for exercising the right of return is that qvisturi.com receives the item in the same condition and quantity as it was delivered. This means that the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange (e.g. size change), we cover the shipping costs.

-Please send the parcel with a tracking number.
-Keep your proof of shipment.
-Avoid damaging the original item and packaging.

Follow these steps for returns:

Return the item in suitable packaging and ensure that the parcel is securely packed.

Write your order number and full name on a piece of paper and include it in the package. Example of an order number: DK10203

Once we have received your return, the processing time is up to 7 days.

When qvisturi.com receives the return, we will refund the value of the item, but not any shipping costs.

The purchase amount will be refunded to the buyer’s account within a few days and no later than 30 days after qvisturi.com has received and approved the return.
